At Ztroc, every piece is crafted with intention. We want you to love what you wear.
Returns You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
To initiate a return, contact us at support@ztroc.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 2 business days.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
